Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vexxa (the “Service”, at
vexxa.cloud, with the app dashboard at
postiz.vexxa.cloud) collects, uses, and
protects information when you connect your social media accounts to schedule and
publish content.
Information we access
- Account identifiers & profile info — when you connect a
social account (e.g. TikTok), we receive your open id, display name, avatar,
and basic profile details to identify the connected account.
- Content you create — the videos, captions, and media you
choose to schedule or publish through the Service.
- Usage & statistics — where authorized, aggregate stats
(e.g. follower, like, and video counts) used to display analytics back to you.
How we use it
- To publish or schedule the content you explicitly create, to the accounts
you explicitly connect.
- To show you the status and analytics of your own posts.
- We do not sell your data, and we never post anything you
have not initiated.
Data from TikTok
Use of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to the
TikTok Developer
Terms and Policies. We use TikTok data only to provide the posting and
analytics features you request, and retain it only while your account stays
connected.
Data retention & deletion
Connected-account tokens and associated data are stored only while the account
is linked. Disconnecting an account from the Service deletes its stored
credentials. To request full deletion, contact us below.
Storage & security
Data is stored on a private, access-controlled server. Access tokens are kept
in protected configuration and are never shared with third parties.
